Question about PlotDMEsLollipop

Hello, thank you for the great package! By default, PlotDMEsLollipop arranges modules based on their Avg.log2(Fold Change) values. Is there a way to arrange the modules in numerical order instead?

This function does not arrange the modules by "numerical order", but you can always make a customized plot with ggplot or something else to plot the results exactly as you want to.
