Almost all strings already should have translation support. But translation file loading must be added. Also a german translation will be added.

There is some support already but it needs more tests and some changes for full support. Vagrant Commands for example are always run globaly not per vm basis.

VagrantGui should work on linux, but its possible that some small changes are needed to get it working.
