Add support for Nodeinfo

Many systems in the Fediverse support Nodeinfo to reveal some data like the used software, the name of the system and such stuff. Systems like Misskey (and their clones) and Friendica use this data to display the users some information about the remote system.

I just discovered why Friendica doesn't detect it. The reason is simple: Bridged accounts appear with the hostname bsky.brid.gy which doesn't serve a nodeinfo by itself, but seems to redirect to fed.brid.gy.
