removal of geant4.9.5 with ./snoing.py -p #112

Haven't had time to look into the cause of this, but running a progression on xerces and rat-dev (library updates locally required this) caused an update to run on geant4.9.5. snoing just removed the installed version....

This is as expected. geant4.9.5 depends on xerces so an update to xerces should trigger an update to geant4.9.5. The question is why did you need to update xerces?

I mean that snoing removed the installed geant version and didn't reinstall it.
