Wallpaper Offset Issue.

This is a small issue, but I've only seen this with the paper theme, whenever paper theme is selected there is an offset caused on the wallpaper and a white frame appears to the top and left side of the screen

Below are two screenshot, one when paper is applied and the other when Numix-daily is applied.

This is a small issue, but if a fix can be made or suggested, I would appreciate it.

Update : This issue is similar to issue #427 , except this only happens with the wallpaper.
