`sweater-comb --version` should indicate what version of sweater-comb is running #226

Currently shows:

$ sweater-comb --version
for sweater-comb, running optic api-check 0.24.0

Showing the version of optic is useful, but we should also show the version of the package itself, something like:

$ sweater-comb --version
sweater-comb 1.10.1, running optic api-check 0.24.0
