currently the output of list is on the form of:

[id] Title (username)

it'd be nice if there'd be an unique colour assigned for each subsection, which is also reused for other outputs, such as show:

#id: Title
 ================================================================================
Issue is status, was reported by username and has commentcount comment(s).

Ideally, the highlight should also mark the status issue and the comment count, etc

Personally I'd suggest to make the title bold, colour code the status using green/red for open and closed, and use a neutral colour for username, commentcount and id

You might also want to have a consistent output for the commands, in one case the id is wrapped in brackets, in the other it gets a hash sign, one the username is wrapped in parenthesis the other it's written plain
