Consider separating test finding facilities

Turtle currently contains several independent chunks of functionality. One of them is framework to defined independent test cases as classes and runner to find/execute those via reflection. However, currently it is bound to other functionality like spawning tested application. It could be useful to have just test case interaction functionality available separately.
