API Covid19india called twice on home page | Performance Improvement #209

Describe the bug
The API call for Covid19india is made twice on the homepage.
Sometimes this call is made more than twice as well.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://cluster.covid19india.org/'
Open the network tab in the debugger to check the API calls.

Expected behavior
API call for Covid19india should only be made once to get the data.
