stolonctl update 更新pg参数没生效 #906

pg版本：yum安装pg15.2
stolon：v0.17.0

通过update命令，更新max_connections从默认100，变成200，对应keeper实例管理的postgresql.conf里面的内容是进行了修改，keeper的日志中也有对应的signal操作，但是进入pg里面，show max_connections仍然为100
修改参数命令：
stolonctl update --patch max_connections:200

#postgresql.conf文件内容【3台keeper】，以及keeper日志

psql进入数据库查看参数

从而发现跟实际参数不一致
