Create a service that receives the parameters listed in #48 and stores it in a data repository.
This service also needs to provide a list of all missing animals

App can be used pet finder, it’s free

@ttatim I do not know pet finder, but I think we can not have access to the data, right?

Hi! Pet finder can be used, because it is running and the startup team is help us.

I talked to Anjos do Asfalto NGO, and they believe it is unlikely to find live animals in the mud, because the catastrophe happened about 5 days.

I believe we need thinkin in a strategy to distribute app to people.

How could we do it?
