Describe the Issue

Firefox ribbons get stuck underneath the Nav Bar for example, "You have an unsent crash report". Buttons are inaccessible to close out the ribbon / send / always send / view.

Expected Behavior

Ideally, The ribbon should appear below the nav bar to interact with the ribbon to send / close.
