Newscoop 4.2 is not working shared cpanel

Newscoop 4.2 is not working shared cpanel. i have read a post https://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/16328/solved-newscoop-installation-4-2-1-on-a-shared-hosting-server-with-cpanel-or-parallels-plesk/p1

now i wants to download version 4.1. how i can download this is the source code available. Or How I can setup latest Newscoop into cpanel ?

Actually i downloaded the newscoop 4.4.7 and copied whole file in www (i am using wamp server)
and then when i try to install it it gives me internal server error
please help me
