Would this plugin be able to initiate a new issue from Telegram? In other words: If a customer needs support, instead of going to our website and sending a message, they open Telegram, go to our channel and make a selection from some type of menu on there. That them allows them to create a new issue and any correspondence will be via the Telegram interface for the user, while the support agent will using Redmine.
Can that be done?
