scope filter on nested relationships

Hello!

scope filter on nested polymorphic many-to-many relationships works if there is only one relationship
Here is my code:

    public static function additionalQueryFilters()
    {
        return [
            AllowedFilter::scope('without_category'),
        ];
    }

    public function scopeWithoutCategory(Builder $query, $categoryName): Builder
    {
        return $query->whereHas('Category', function ($q) {
            $q->where('name', '!=', 'Health');
        });    
}

The filtering works when there is only one relationship, but if a Post model has a Health Category And another category, the filter will return the Post despite it having a Health Category. Any help is appreciated!
