Every time a DRL file is saved a line break after the <?xml?> definition
is removed, so the root element and the definition are in one line, as
follows:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><d:DocumentationCore attrs="...">

...
</d:DocumentationCore.

The structure outside the root element is possibly not saved.

I see two possible solutions:
- save structure outside the root element;
- forbid generating the <?xml?> definition

The first one is preferrable.
