COs with non-default catalog number formats cannot be added to Loans

Describe the bug
Collection Objects that use a catalog number format different from the collection default cannot be added to the Create Loan or Add Items dialog because it does not match the required format.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Collection Object using a COT with a non-default catalog number
2. Go to Interactions and create a Loan
3. Choose the option "By entering catalog numbers"
4. Enter the catalog number, click Next, and see error

Expected behavior
The Loan dialogs should be compatible with the new COT catalog number feature.

This is consistent with all interactions and the only way to add COs that are not the default cat # format to an interaction would be to add them through a RS which could be inconvient for users. Especially with issue #4851 still not fixed this would make working with interactions frustrating.
