I feel like the spring-graphql reference documentation might benefit from some simple inline (not a gitub reference) like this for spring mvc https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/reference/web/webmvc/mvc-controller.html

I presume you're comparing to something like this https://docs.spring.io/spring-graphql/reference/controllers.html, but I'm not sure what you mean by simple inline.

Yeah, I meant that. By inline I was saying as opposed to a link to a full example on GitHub. Sorry I realized this one was stupid earlier I just couldn't find the information. I am now actually kind of surprised that this example is so far down in spring Web and in this. This is the thing I would put on the first page 🤣. Like all of that other stuff is cool, but it's not the thing I need to Know first.
