Hi @lukkns
Thank you for the report. Have you tried using the Schema annotation as shown in https://github.com/springwolf/springwolf-core/blob/master/springwolf-examples/springwolf-kafka-example/src/main/java/io/github/stavshamir/springwolf/example/dtos/ExamplePayloadDto.java#L21 ?

I am assuming that nullability is the same as is required=true/false here
