In persons data, 266 bibl @type="syriaca-ms" do not have a @ref URI. Search at path: //bibl[@type='syriaca-ms'].

I am assuming we don't have URI for these manuscripts but when we do they should be added.

Following what we do in SMBL, we should change this to bibl/@type="MS" at some point.

Change @type value to "MS"

We have 107 instances in places that lack a child ptr/@target. Simply don't serialize those that lack this ptr.
