Hello,

I have been working on an RDSv2 construct that is a drop-in replacement the RDS construct in sst v2 that deploys an Aurora Serverless v2 DB instance. The latest version of this package is crucial for that due to the fine work here: #38, and also to have theses changes #44. A patched version of sst v2.47.0 with those changes works great for serverless v2 with migrations.

It would be great if the latest version could be released.

@jayair dont think there needs to be a PR. This package is already at 2.0.0, but the latest available package on npm is 1.0.1. It needs published.

Oh that's weird. Maybe the pipeline broke.
