Essence Problem Models Always Outputting: Unwanted Instance Type, Quitting!

This is due to the problem being handled by the Conjure pipeline instead of the previously used Minizinc pipeline when done for Essence problems.

Doesn't appear to break functionality, just a problem with the output.

I think it does break functionality, as the instances won't be counted as graded even if they were, which cause issues with both final results (missing graded instances) and the tuning process (irace will think that those generator configurations aren't good and stay away from sampling new generator configurations around them, while in fact they are able to produce graded instance.)
