Testing out Elytra mods and found this issue, uninstalled the elytra mods and still had the issue.

Versions

Forbidden & Arcanus: 1.21.1-2.5.2.12
Valhelsia Core: 1.21.1-1.1.4
NeoForge: 21.1.90

Just use the normal way you apply the stella and you should get the bug

Only mention of this I found on the internet. Happens on ATM 10 version 2.36.
