🐛: Tracing search only finds exact matches

What happened?

Message search on the tracing pages, will only return exact matches which does not seem useful for tracing at all.

The search box should return partial string matches, instead of only exact ones.

Example:

How can we reproduce the problem?

1. Goto tracing page /manage/tracing/received or /manage/tracing/delivery
2. Search for something that you want to find
3. The thing is not found unless you match an exact string

The tracing functionality does not support partial matching on parts of the word. This could be added as a feature but such searches will be a bit costly to do.

Even if you could add partial domain matching, that would be a massive improvement. Right now I just don’t see the point
