Hi,

I use the printer with my woocommerce store and is been on and off but most of time the printer isn't printing the order. All the lights on the printer are good showing no errors.
Client Type: Star mC-Print2
Client Version: 3.3

@gadyantony it's hard to pinpoint the issue just off this info.

  • Did you recently update the plugin?
  • Did the printer stop working just recently?

No I have not upgraded and yes the printer stopped working a few days ago, I tried rebooting it and then I fully reset it and reconnected it still same issue though.

@gadyantony thanks for confirming the printing trigger.
Try reinstalling the plugin, and keep the printer powered off while you reinstall.

@gadyantony if the printer still isn't working, then the issue could be server-side.
Some WP hosts do some aggressive caching, and we've seen this cause a handful of different issues.
Try contacting your web host, and ask them to disable any caching on your cloudprnt urll; the url is in your dashboard.

If all else fails, you could contact your local Star support team for advice but if my suspicion is correct, there isn't much they can do to help. In a handful of cases, some have switched hosts and the issue stopped altogether.
