While the wallet starts locked and does not allow any interaction, after it is unlocked and then locked again, the last used account is still accessible by dApps that can read it and even send transactions, see attached screenrecording:

beancount-wallet-locked-problem.m4v.zip

When locked, the wallet should not be accessible by dApps
