Describe the bug
In the Tag View Setting, there is an option to display subtag content. The logic behind it is to treat subtag content as part of the parent tag. However, the scene count of the parent tag in the Tag View still does not include the subtag scenes.

This leads to a problem: in the Tag View, it shows that there is 1 scene under the parent tag, but when you click inside, there are actually 2 scenes. This results in an inconsistent user experience.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on "Display subtag content" option
  2. Create a sub-parent tag relationship
  3. In the Tag View, note that the number of scenes for the parent tag does not include subtag scenes.

Expected behavior
The scene count for the parent tag in the Tag View should include subtag scenes when the "Display subtag content" option is turned on, or at least provide this as an option.
