iOS 16.4 can't obtain KCBAdvDataManufacturerData #267

Summary:
When I updated my mobile phone to iOS 16.4, I found my project can't obtain value of KCBAdvDataManufacturerData.

Steps to Reproduce:

I set breakpoint in here.

Before iOS 16.4, I can obtain value of KCBAdvDataManufacturerData.

Actual Result:

Expected Result:
Obtain the value of KCBAdvDataManufacturerData in advertisementData.
