Request to bump tiktoken to 0.4.0 to resolve conflicts with Supabase

Is it possible to upgrade tiktoken support to version 0.4.0? I've noticed that the current version conflicts with supabase, potentially hindering users from adopting steamship. Since langchain is already compatible with tiktoken 0.4.0, I don't think this update would introduce a breaking change. Additionally, I saw in a related issue that steamship/steamship-langchain utilizes the same functionality from tiktoken as langchain, which further suggests that this upgrade should be feasible.
