Description

提交发票核验，显示接口报错，发票核验不成功，但发票信息抓取完成image

需要再次核验，删除这条记录后，再提交核验，显示系统已经有此张发票的记录，重复提交。
若核验不成功，也不能删除记录，如何二次核验？

点击发票核验——上传发票——报错
