pandas evolved a lot.
sqlite includes CTE in all modern Python.

==> consider simplifying baresql: 0.7.6.dev2

remove CTE hack for old sqlite,
lean towards sqlite_bro motor for decomposition,
rely on SQLalchemy for others.
