Allow users to skip onboarding

Describe the bug
There is no easy way to stop/re-start the onboarding process. Clear indication should be provided as to the progress of the on-boarding process and ability to skip and continue it at later stage.

Expected behavior

The onboard process is extremely confusing. It restarts even after the the user canceled the onboarding session as you can see in the screenshot.

I think this a bug in the onboarding system where some cards are inconsistent.
