docs: explain /ibc.lightclients.tendermint.v1.ClientState fix

Many times ICT hits the following error

failed to send ibc transfer from source: send ibc transfer: exit code 1: Error: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to decode client state: no concrete type registered for type URL /ibc.lightclients.tendermint.v1.ClientState against interface *exported.ClientState: panic

Even when its registered in the codecs. A good UX here is to form the user that they need to import the ibctm module in their app.go
