feat(manual): add multi builds trigger support

Add the option to allow for multiple builds for manual event type, this will allow for multiple endpoints to be hit if needed. If multi builds are enabled the manual build trigger button will transform to a action to open a modal where a build or builds to be triggered can be selected.
