Running with docker

A docker image of blockchain2graph is available here : https://hub.docker.com/r/straumat/blockchain2graph/. The easiest way to run everything (neo4j, bitcoind & blockchain2graph) is to use the docker-compose file we created at https://github.com/straumat/blockchain2graph/blob/master/docker-compose.yml

Once running, can bow see the blockchain2graph console at http://localhost:8080/ and the neo4j console at http://localhost:7474/browser/.
