Unknown setting 'producer_name' specified for plugin 'pulsar'

When using plugins, logstash can only be started without filling in producer_name

It's cause this plugin hasn't had a release since mid 2021. I'd recommend looking at the tag for the release if you want to use that version, otherwise it currently requires building yourself.
