It seems that incorrect repository is added when API docs are generated, causing an incorrect repository link when you click a source link in the API docs

If we can't change it, we should update the yml files through the existing script and correct the paths, before docs generation.

I will wait, as it might be docfx issue dotnet/docfx#10161.
