try deleting the data and reindex

On mongo server:

• mongo --eval "db.dropDatabase({})" explorerdb press enter

On explorer server (if not same):

• cd /path/to/sugarchane/explorer replace with location of explorer, press enter
• nodejs scripts/sync.js index update press enter and wait for reindex
  • Repeat if necessary until syncronized
