Documentation refactoring breaks urls #267

The refractoring did break some urls which make me crazy as user of bookmarks. We should really avoid to remove files from documentation.

If the content was just move the old file e.g.: http://docs.sulu.io/en/latest/book/getting-started/setup.html could have a link to the new files.

If something is removed it should be just marked as deprecated.

Looks like ReadTheDocs supports that: http://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user-defined-redirects.html

Should we just close this issue, and do these redirects the next time we move something in the documentation? Adding redirects half a year later doesn't sound necessary...
