User Management Changes in SL Micro 6.0

During provisioning of a new node using the image built by EIB 1.1. RC2 and SL Micro 6.0, a few changes are observed when it comes to how the users are managed on SL Micro 6.0.

• Group memberships: New users are automatically added to users group on SLE Micro 5.5 by default however, SL Micro 6.0 behaviour seems to have changed and the users are not added to the users group.
• User Home Directory: Home directories for newly created users are not created on SLE Micro 5.5 by default however, home directories are created for new users on SL Micro 6.0. An additional aspect of this is that the EIB customization users.createHomeDir doesn't seem to take effect regardless of whether it was specified or not. User creation on SL Micro 6.0 seems to be creating home directories always.

I see the point here, but removing that attribute won't happen until the next major iteration of the image definition schema.
