Can you use shallow routing with anchor tags retaining visited behavior?

• Anchor tags come with a special property to mark links as visited using css
• Using a div instead means this doesnt work
• Any way to use shallow routing in sveltekit 2 with anchor tags retaining all the behaviors of the anchor?
