如果要使用网络资源,假如是直接下载.svga的话，自建SVGAParser之前，得调一下
SVGACache.onCreate(this.applicationContext,SVGACache.Type.FILE)吧，不然根据里面的判断，根本读不到缓存啊。然后里面也有对压缩文件的解析，但是到里面会寻找movie.spec和movie.binary文件，这是啥，有点没搞明白，求大佬们指教
