Description

It appears that the "Terms of Service" page is currently missing from the website. The absence of this page may lead to confusion for users, as it is a standard page required for informing them about the rules, regulations, and agreements they must adhere to when using our services.

Expected Behavior

When a user clicks on the "Terms of Service" link in the footer or elsewhere on the website, they should be redirected to a dedicated "Terms of Service" page that outlines the following:

• The rules and conditions for using our platform.
• Users' rights and responsibilities.
• Any disclaimers and legal information about liability.

Actual Behavior

Clicking the "Terms of Service" link currently either results in a 404 page or no action.

Proposed Solution

I would like to contribute by creating a proper "Terms of Service" page. The page will contain a comprehensive legal document outlining:

• User responsibilities and prohibited activities.
• Details about our services, user data, and privacy.
• Limitations of liability and legal disclaimers.

The page will be designed to fit the current website theme, and it will be mobile-responsive with both dark and light theme support.
