Quota on SWE-Bench Multimodal dev vs test #2

Hello,

I am testing the sb-cli and got the following results so far:

Running against swe-bench-m/dev the command worked and gave me the evaluation results.
Running against swe-bench-m/test, I got a this error: "API request failed with status code 429: Quota
exceeded for swe-bench-m/test. Please try again later or request increased quota."

Is this expected? Are we not allowed to run eval against the test set, or do quotas need to be adjusted?
