Ab Zeitpunkt x entstehen Kosten
Dialogabfrage: wirklich stornieren und Stornokosten anzeigen.
Stornokosten konfigurierbar machen.

Vorschlag:
Properties-Datei anlegen, z.B. business.properties
Stornogebühren als Liste
aus Tage vor Event , Anzuwendender Wert , Prozent/Pauschal

Beispiel:
cancellation-fee=5,100,percent;30,50,percent;60,500.90,fix
