Document the --dry-run option in the usage

This option seem to be understood by the tool but when the tool prints its usage hint it doesn't mention it. Update the usage hint to reflect that, and in general make sure that the hint is always up-to-date with all the options and flags that the tool accepts, possibly using a programmatic solution.
