Drag&Drop an image version to promote it.
You can drop on any release (not in order).
A helmsman plan will be calculated from this action
a popup will open showing the planned action and asks for confirmation.
if you confirm, the release will be "pending or updating" and the UI will show that
seconds and the release will reflect the change.
