The Paper "Asynchronous Eulerian Liquid Simulation" https://diglib.eg.org/bitstream/handle/10.1111/cgf13907/v39i2pp001-008.pdf Section 3.3 addresses a common particle trajectory mismatch problem, when neighboring regions are simulated with different time step granularity.
My question is this: Isn't the same issue also relevant for aysnchronous MPM in Tai Chi ? However, I have not seen this addressed in the papers on which Taichi async MPM is based upon. Or am I missing something ?
