🤖 - Visual Style Generator Tool to simplify custom theme creation and visual preview result #245

Description

This feature request has been inspired by https://ionicframework.com/docs/theming/color-generator which allows to create custom theme and show result.

The request assumes:

decrease current variables set (variables.less) to make base variable set, which must simplify custom theme creation process.
create ui style generator tool which allows to make change in base variable set and show how it influences on taiga-ui components
