Title Slide

Love this package. I tried to follow the system crafters config for org-present, but for org-tree-slide. One feature I noticed from org-present is that it has a nice "title" slide. That is, there is a separate slide for content before the first org-heading.

Would you consider adding this feature?

That's a good idea. I think it is something like a "front page of a presentation" not a header of each slide. Using materials above the first org heading in an org file may break the structure of each slide in org-tree-slide, so I think it could be realized by introducing a special heading as a front page.

Actually, the "content" view is very similar to what I'd want on a title slide. A setting to have the content view be the "first" slide or what is shown when org-tree-slide is started would work great.
